Mint Dosa / Pudina Dosa


    The active ingredients in mint leaves can better the memory power and mental alertness. Helps in losing weight.




INGREDIENTS

Dosa batter(Rice&Urad dal) - 1 Cup

Mint leaves - 1 Handful

Garlic cloves - 5

Green chili - 1

Salt - Required

Cumin seeds - A pinch

Pepper - 10


METHOD

1. Put Mint leaves, garlic, green chili, pepper, cumin seeds and salt in a mixer jar.




2. Grind well.




3. Add Mint puree in dosa batter.





4. Mix well.



5. Pour mint dosa batter on tawa and spread it evenly in a circular way to make it thin.



6. Turn another side and allow to cook for some minutes.




Ready to serve...
