Dates Milk

  Dates provide energy for anemic patients. Dates prevent abdominal cancer. Dates lower night blindness. INGREDIENTS Milk - 200 ml Dates - 2 Black raisins - 3 Cardamom - 2 Brown sugar - As required Cashew nuts - 2 (Garnish) METHOD 1. Take all the ingredients. 2. Boil milk in a vessel. 3. Add Chopped dates, raisins, brown sugar and opened cardamon pods. 4. Stir well and cook on low flame. Mash the dates and raisins using ladle or spoon. After a good boil, turn off the stove. 5. ABC Milk / ABC Drink

       ABC juice  helps in detoxification of your body and promotes blood purification. This also increases the production of red blood cells, thus increasing hemoglobin , making you feel less fatigue. INGREDIENTS Apple - 1 Cup Beetroot - 1/2 Cup Carrot - 1 Cup Ginger - An inch size Cinnamon - 2 gram Brown sugar/Sugar - As required  Boiled and cooled Milk - 300 ml Water - As required METHOD 1. Put chopped apple,beetroot and carrot in a mixer jar. 2. Add Ginger, Cinnamon, Brown sugar/Sugar and Milk. (Here, I used cinnamon because apple and cinnamon are perfect combo. Drumstick leaves Soup /Murungai keerai Soup

     Drumstick leaves/Murungai keerai have 7 times more Vitamin C than oranges and 15 times more potassium than bananas.  INGREDIENTS Murungai keerai - 1 Handful Small onion -  4 Tomato - 1/2 Garlic - 4  Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon Pepper - 1 teaspoon Clove - 2 Turmeric powder - 1 Spoon Salt - As required Water - 800 ml Pepper powder - 1 Spoon METHOD 1. Take murungai keerai and wash well. Make sure that murungai keerai must be very clean.  2.Take all the ingredients.  3. Put the ingredients in cooker and pour enough water.  4. Cook for about 5 whistles.  5. Cool down. Using ladle, take cooked murungai keerai and add into a mixer jar. Grind well.  6. Add that puree on cooker with cooked soup water.  Again turn on stove and just cook for 2 minutes.  7. Filter the murungai keerai soup.  8. Add pepper powder on top.  9. Serve hot. INGREDIENTS Black Urad Dal Powder  - 2 Spoon Water - As required Milk - As required Sugar - As required Cardamon Powder - A pinch METHOD 1. Take Black urad dal powder in a vessel and pour enough water and mix well without any lumps. 2. Keep it on medium flame and add milk, sugar, cardamon powder. 3. Continue stir without taking hand. 4.
