INGREDIENTS
Curry leaves - 1 Cup
Urad dal (without skin) - 1/2 Cup
Gram dal - 1/4 Cup
Dried Red chili - 5
Pepper - 1 Spoon
Cumin Seeds - 1 Spoon
Salt - As required
Asafoetida - Little
METHOD
1. Take all the ingredients.
2. Dry roast Curry Leaves, Urad dal and chilies until it leaves its aroma.
5. Keep all roasted things cool.
6. Take a mixer jar, add roasted red chilies and grind well then add all the other ingredients.
7.Grind it into a fine powder.
8. Store it in a dry clean container.
