         Curry leaves having a high concentration of iron is extremely effective in increasing the hemoglobin. It acts as a natural blood purifier, improves symptoms of tiredness and fatigue and reduce the chances of getting infections.

        Curry leaves being abundant in Vitamin A and β-carotene play a vital role in improving eyesight and treating eye-related problems. 




INGREDIENTS

Curry leaves - 1 Cup
Urad dal (without skin) - 1/2 Cup
Gram dal - 1/4 Cup
Dried Red chili - 5
Pepper - 1 Spoon
Cumin Seeds - 1 Spoon
Salt - As required
Asafoetida - Little

METHOD

1. Take all the ingredients.


2. Dry roast Curry Leaves, Urad dal and chilies until it leaves its aroma.




3. Dry roast Gram dal, cumin seeds and pepper until it leaves its aroma.


4. Also dry roast salt and asafoetida.

5. Keep all roasted things cool.


6. Take a mixer jar, add roasted red chilies and grind well then add all the other ingredients.


7.Grind it into a fine powder.


8. Store it in a dry clean container.
