Black Gram Beverage

    Black gram offers a ton of health benefits and filled with fibers.


INGREDIENTS

Black Gram with skin - 1 Cup
Rice - 1/2 Cup
Jaggery - 1 Cup
Water - As required


METHOD
1. Dry roast black gram till aroma comes.(If over roast leads to bitter taste, handle with most care).

2. Dry roast rice until it turns golden.

3. Cool down for few minutes.

4. Take it into a mixer jar.

5. Grind into a fine powder.

6. Take the black gram powder without any lump.

7. Add enough water into the jaggery.

8. Dissolve jaggery completely.

9. Filtering the jaggery water for some impurities like sand.

10.Add that black gram powder into the jaggery water.

11.Mix well without any lump.

12.Turn on the stove and cook for just 2 minutes.


13. Serve hot.
