Mango Rice

Mango makes the summer season as flavorsome.



INGREDIENTS
 
Unripe Mango grated- 1 Cup
Onion                          - 1
Green chili                  - 5
Garlic cloves            - 10
Oil                             - 2 Tablespoon
Mustard                     - 1 Teaspoon
Black gram                - 2 Teaspoon
Salt                            - As required
Turmeric Powder     - 1 Teaspoon
Cooked Rice             - 3 Cups


METHOD

1. Heat oil in a thick bottomed pan. Add mustard and black gram.  Let them sizzle for some seconds.
2. Add sliced onions, green chili, garlic and saute them till turns golden color.
3. Now add grated mango and saute well.
4. Add turmeric powder, salt and mix well.
5. Cook until it turns soft.
6. After the mango masala is done, add cooked rice gently.
7. Give a quick stir for mixing the masala and cooked rice together.
8. Turn off the stove and serve.
