Lemon Mint Juice

     The vitamin C in lemon can help alleviate stress and fight viral infections and sore throats.
    
  Mint is excellent to manage blood sugar levels and treat skin conditions.
 

INGREDIENTS

Mint leaves - A handful

Lemon juice - 50 ml

Ginger - An inch size

Powdered sugar - 2 Spoons

Water - As required


METHOD

1. Put mint leaves and ginger in a mixer jar.


2. Add lemon juice in it.



3. Add powdered sugar.



4. Pour little water.



5. Grind well.




6. Using strainer, filter the juice.

7.Serve.
