     The betal leaves are rich in vitamins like vitamin C, thiamine, niacin, riboflavin and carotene and are a great source of calcium.





INGREDIENTS

Betel leaf - 1

Pepper - 5

Cumin seeds - A pinch

Clove - 1

Honey - 1 Spoon


METHOD

1. Put pepper,cumin seeds with honey on backside of betal leaf.


2. Fold the sides completely.



3. Fold top and bottom and seal completely.



4. Secure it with clove.
