Masala Tea
Masala Tea has high antioxidant properties. Since it consists of several spices, it helps older adults fight against diseases like cold, cough, cancer, cholesterol and control blood pressure and heart rate.
If you are struggling with digestion, make sure to drink masala tea with cardamom since it increases the production of saliva.
A Cup of masala tea in rainy evening makes all into delight.
INGREDIENTS
Milk - 200 ml
Tea Powder - 1 Spoon
Ginger - An inch size
Cardamom - 2
Cinnamon - 2 grams
Clove -1
Pepper - 5
Sugar - As required
PRE-PREPARATION
# Crush Ginger, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Clove and Pepper using mortor and pestle.
METHOD
1. Boil milk in a vessel.
2. Add Crushed Masalas, tea powder and sugar.
3. Stir well and allow to boil on low flame. After a good boil, turn off the stove.
4. Filter using strainer.
5. Serve hot.
