Beetroot Juice / Beetroot Mint Juice

      A glass of beetroot juice helps in giving you all the vitamins and minerals in a concentrated form.       Mint is excellent to manage blood sugar levels and treat skin conditions. INGREDIENTS Beetroot -1  Mint leaves - Handful Coriander leaves - 3 Bunches Ginger - An inch size Sugar - 1 Tablespoon Water - As required METHOD 1. Peel beetroot skin and cut it into small pieces. 2. Wash mint and coriander leaves. 3. Peel ginger skin. 4. Add beetroot pieces, ginger, mint and coriander leaves with      sugar in a mixer jar. Chana Rice / Chana Pulao

      Chana / Chickpeas are high in protein and make an excellent replacement for meat in vegetarian and vegan diets.            Chickpeas are packed with vitamin A, which is an essential vitamin to product our EYES. INGREDIENTS Ghee - 2 Tablespoon Cardamom - 2 Cumin - 1 Teaspoon Clove - 3 Curry leaves - As required Ginger - An inch size Garlic - 3 Cloves Salt - As required Chili powder -  1 Tablespoon Chana (Kabuli/White) - 1 Cup Rice - 2 Cups Water - 1 and 1/2 Cups Pre Preparation # Wash and Soak the rice in water for about 30 minutes before cooking. # Soak Chana overnight and pressurize it in cooker for about 5 whistles. METHOD 1. Heat the pressure cooker and add in Ghee, Cumin, Cardamom, Cloves, Star Anise, Cashew nuts, Curry leaves, finely chopped Garlic and Ginger. 2. Let them sizzle for few seconds. 3. Beetroot Beverage / Beetroot Milk Beverage

     Beetroots are packed with high antioxidants and essential nutrients.   INGREDIENTS Beetroot juice - 1 Cup Water - 200 ml Sugar - 6 Spoons Milk (boiled) - 200 ml METHOD 1. Grind the beetroot with water until it comes to smooth paste.  Filter the juice using strainer.  2. Take the juice into the hot pan and add sugar. 3. Stir well and a llow to cook for about 20 minutes to get a syrup like structure. 4. Store the syrup in a container. (Use within 2 days)   5. Add needed spoons of syrup with boiled milk. 6. Black Gram Beverage

     Black gram offers a ton of health benefits and filled with fibers. INGREDIENTS Black Gram with skin - 1 Cup Rice - 1/2 Cup Jaggery - 1 Cup Water - As required METHOD 1. Dry roast black gram till aroma comes. (If over roast leads to bitter taste, handle with most care). 2. Dry roast rice until it turns golden. 3. Cool down for few minutes. 4. Take it into a mixer jar. 5. Grind into a fine powder. 6. Take the black gram powder without any lump. 7. Add enough water into the jaggery. 8. Dissolve jaggery completely. 9. Filtering the jaggery water for some impurities like sand. 10.Add that black gram powder into the jaggery water. 11.Mix well without any lump. 12.Turn on the stove and cook for just 2 minutes. 13. INGREDIENTS Beetroot grated - 2 Cups Milk (Boiled and cooled) - 2 Cups Sugar - 1 Cup Ghee - 1 Tablespoon Full Cardamom - 1 METHOD 1. Heat the pan and add ghee. 2. Add grated beetroot and saute till they get cooked. 3. Pour boiled milk and add cardamom. 4. Stir the mixture and leave it for few minutes until they become dry. 5. Add sugar and mix continuously. 6.
