Chapati Chops / Pearl Millet Chapati Chops / Kambu Chapati Chops
Kambu flour(Pearl millet flour)- 1/2 cup
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Cumin seeds - 1 Teaspoon
Salt - Needed
Ghee - 1 spoon
Water - Little
Oil - Little
For chops
Oil - 1 Tablespoon
Mustard seeds - 1 Teaspoon
Urad dal - 1 Spoon
Garlic - 2 cloves
Onion - 2
Tomato - 1
Salt - As required
Turmeric powder - A pinch
Chili powder - 1 Spoon
Water - Little.
METHOD
1. In a large bowl, take wheat flour and kambu flour.
3. Add water little by little and knead into soft dough. Grease with some oil and rest it for 15 minutes.
6. Take chapati.
