Mint Chapati / Pudina Chapati

  

       Mint leaves promote digestion and assimilation of nutrients. The active ingredients in mint leaves can better the memory power and mental alertness. Helps in losing weight.
    
     Chapatis are loaded with iron, the hemoglobin levels in your body are balanced. The risks of iron deficiency or anemia drastically decrease.

     


INGREDIENTS   


Mint leaves - Handful

Wheat flour - 1 Cup

Cumin seeds - 1 Teaspoon

Turmeric Powder - Pinch
 
Salt - As required

Chili Powder - 1 Spoon

Ghee - 1 Tablespoon

Oil - Little


PRE - PREPARATION 


# Wash mint leaves


# Finely Chop


METHOD

1. In a large bowl, take wheat flour.


2. Add cumin seeds.


3. Add turmeric powder.


4. Add chili powder.


5. Add Salt.


6. Add chopped mint leaves.


7. Add ghee.


8. Mix well.


9. Add water little by little.


10. Mix well.


11. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes.


12. Make it soft.


13. Grease with oil.


14. Rest for an hour.


15. Make the dough into small balls and grease with oil.


16. Dust with some flour. 

17. Flatten the balls.


18. Place the flatten chapati on heat tawa and cook both sides.


19. Grease little ghee for fabulous taste. 


20. Serve.
