Sweet Poha / Sweet Aval / Beetroot Poha

         Poha / Aval is a digestible raw form of rice that absorbs liquids and swells up, much to the delight of those who eat it!!!

    Beetroots get their rich color from betalains, which are water soluble antioxidants. 

    Betalains have chemo preventive abilities against some cancer cell lines.



INGREDIENTS

Poha / Aval - 1 Cup
Boiled Milk - 1.5 Cup

METHOD

1. Take Poha / Aval in a bowl.






3. Pour boiled milk.



4. Mix well and wait for some minutes while poha / aval soaked and absorbs milk perfectly.



5. Serve.
