Black gram offers a ton of health benefits and filled with fibers.



INGREDIENTS

Jaggery - 1 Cup
Water - 2.5 Cups
Cardamon powder - 1 Spoon
Ghee - 2 Spoons
Grated Coconut - 2 Spoons

PRE-PREPARATION

To make Jaggery Water

# Take jaggery in a bowl, add water, stir well until all lumps get dissolved and filter for some impurities like sand.

METHOD

1. Take all the ingredients.




2. Take jaggery water and add Black Urad Dal Powder ,stir well without any lumps.


3. Turn on stove, keep it on medium flame and add cardamon powder.


4. Cook well and stir continuously.


5. Add ghee.


6. Cook well until it gets its thick consistency.


7. Serve with fresh grated coconut.
